Research has demonstrated that our food and lifestyle choices affect the health of our gut microbiome and ultimately our overall health and wellbeing. Selecting foods that will support a healthy microbiome can provide dramatic improvements in an individual’s overall health.
As a registered Gut and Psychology Syndrome (GAPS) practitioner I use this program when appropriate. I enjoy working with clients with a wide range of health conditions to support them in making lasting changes to their diet that will develop and nourish a healthy gut microbiome and heal the gut.
